Dog Days is Paco Floyd’s shelter support program that turns custom pet portraits into donations — and adoption opportunities.

Through this initiative, we partner with shelters to:

  • Donate a portion of every sale to your shelter
  • Showcase adoptable pets with fun and professional flair
  • Gift new adopters a free portrait print or digital download

How It Works

1️⃣ We donate with every portrait sold - Every order from our store contributes a minimum of $3 to our partner shelters — enough to cover a day of care for a pet in need. You tell us your daily care cost, we’ll work to match it.

2️⃣ We help promote your animals - Our team will need 10–15 portraits per pet — clean shots for adoption listings, and Paco Floyd will create “fun” art to draw attention on social or print.

3️⃣ We gift new adopters a keepsake - Every family who adopts one of your pets receives a free 5x7 print or downloadable portrait to celebrate their forever bond.

How much does my shelter receive per portrait sold? plus minus
We donate a minimum of $3 from every sale to our shelter partners. If we learn your average daily care cost is higher, we may adjust that donation to make a greater impact.
Is there a cost for shelters to join the Dog Days program? plus minus
None at all. The Dog Days program is completely free for shelters. There are no sign-up fees, commitments, or hidden charges.
How do you create the pet portraits? plus minus
You provide us with 10-15 clear photos of each adoptable pet, and our artists create a unique, stylized Paco Floyd portrait. These portraits are designed to stand out and help that pet capture more attention online.
What do shelters receive from you? plus minus
You’ll get a digital portrait of each featured animal, watermarked with our logo and ready to post on your website or social media. We’ll also provide clean versions for your use.
Can adopters get their own copy of the portrait? plus minus
Yes! When one of your featured pets finds a forever home, the new family gets a free 5x7 print or downloadable file of the portrait — our gift to celebrate the adoption.
