Custom Portrait Returns

Due to the personalized nature of our artwork, we do not accept returns on custom portraits. Each piece is uniquely crafted for you and your pet, ensuring a one-of-a-kind masterpiece.

If you are not fully satisfied with your final portrait, please reach out to us. Customer satisfaction is at the heart of what we do, and we are committed to making sure you’re happy with your order.

Order Issues & Replacements

If you receive the wrong product, incorrect size, or if your portrait arrives damaged in transit, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with photos of the issue, so we can assist you promptly.

Revisions & Edits

We offer up to 5 revisions within the scope of the original order.

Revisions include small adjustments such as color tweaks, lighting refinements, or minor touch-ups.

Major changes, such as swapping to a new photo or selecting a different style, can be requested once per order at no additional charge.

If you require more than 5 revisions or wish to submit a third new photo/style change, a $50 rework fee will apply to cover additional production time.

Order Cancellations

If you change your mind, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After 24 hours, cancellations will be granted at our discretion.

If work has already begun on your artwork, a $50 cancellation fee will apply to cover production costs.

Photo Quality & Submission Responsibility

Our artists work directly with the photo you provide at checkout. It is your responsibility to upload a high-quality image that meets our Photo Guide.

Low-quality photos (blurry, pixelated, or poorly lit) will result in lower-quality artwork.
While we will do our best to enhance images, we cannot perform major modifications such as changing facial expressions or significantly altering poses.

All portraits featured on our website were created using high-resolution, well-lit images—for best results, we recommend following our photo submission guidelines.

Product Care & Longevity

To maintain the quality of your Paco Floyd print, avoid direct sunlight and exposure to excessive moisture.

If framed, clean with a soft cloth to prevent dust buildup.

Avoid harsh chemicals or alcohol-based cleaners, as they may affect the print quality.

Warranty & Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our portraits. If your artwork arrives defective or damaged, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a replacement.

As a one-time courtesy, we can offer either a reprint or a refund for eligible claims.
